Empanadas

I had some wild craving for empanadas, so I went out searching for some {didn't feel like making any today}. There's a new little tapas place in Fishers, so this was my chance to try it out. Two empanadas "to go" please. I've now put these little pastries on my list of 2010 Kitchen Experiments. You know, since 2009 ends in about 3 hours.

City So Pretty

This city surely does but her best foot forward during the holiday season. My favorite childhood holiday to-do was driving around looking at all of the Christmas lights. Apparently, as an adult this is one tradition that has stayed with me.
